Attributions
- Déployer le cadre normatif de la fonction Operations PMO (Politique, Procédures opérationnelles, …) ;
- Standardiser le processus de gestion des projets au niveau de toutes les entités de la Direction des opérations ;
- Déployer une boite à outils de gestion des projets au niveau de la Direction des opérations (Guide méthodologique, Outils et Logiciel ….) ;
- Conduite du changement et appui méthodologique aux chefs de projet sur les différents jalons (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Closing) ;
- Suivi opérationnel du portefeuille des projets (KPI, Budget, Planning, Risques, ) ;
- Pilotage et remontée des reportings aux entités, au COO et au « Operations committee ».
Required profile :
Profil
- Bac +5 d'une école d'ingénieurs, école de commerce ou équivalent.
- Entre 5 et 8 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire (PMO ou Gestion de projets);
- Connaissance approfondie des méthodologies de gestion des projets ;
- Maîtrise des logiciels de gestion des projets ;
- Bonne maitrise des processus support ;
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles ;
- Anglais
- Adaptabilité dans un environnement complexe/matriciel
