The Outbound Flow Manager is responsible for overseeing vehicle logistics operations from manufacturing plants to delivery regions, ensuring smooth coordination between production, transport providers, and delivery performance across multiple transport modes (road, rail, sea).
Activity description
Logistics Operations Management :
Monitor vehicle flows from production to delivery regions.
Track bookings and pre-transport plans with Control Towers and logistics providers.
Ensure transport capacity is aligned with needs (road, rail, sea).
Data Monitoring & Reporting :
Analyze production plans and logistics execution.
Prepare daily and weekly dashboards and reports on logistics performance.
Coordination & Communication :
Interface with Control Towers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
Participate in regular team meetings (daily/weekly).
Report progress and issues to the client Business Manager.
Project Phases :
Multi-year engagement divided into 3 phases (2024-2026).
Includes one 3-day trip to a client facility.

MEA FLOW file update
OBT Tracking
Weekly production monitoring
VIN blocking
Vessel follow-up update by VIN
Aggeing stock monitoring
Tracking of required locations in vessels
Main Interactions
Business Manager (Client): main technical contact.
Control Towers & Logistics Providers: for transport execution.
Execution Manager (Service Provider): responsible for service delivery and reporting.
Internal Systems: eLIADE, CRONOS, Rapid Response, CLV, EOLE, OBT, GEFCO portal, PowerBI, Business Object.
Education: Master's degree in industrial engineering and logistics
Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics or automotive.
