Job :

Main responsibilities
Manage the entire monthly payroll process, from preparation to final validation.
Process payroll variables, including:
Attendance and absences
Overtime hours
Paid leave
Bonuses and allowances
Advances and deductions
Other payroll adjustments
Prepare, control, and validate the monthly payroll for a large workforce.
Manage CNSS declarations, including Form 9001 and associated social reports.
Manage CIMR declarations and contributions.
Manage income tax (IR) calculations and declarations.
Prepare and control payroll-related documents and legal declarations.
Prepare bank transfer files and payroll reports.
Manage final pay settlements and associated documentation.
Perform payroll reconciliations and identify/correct any discrepancies.
Develop payroll forecasts and reports on salary costs.
Ensure adherence to monthly payroll deadlines.
Guarantee compliance with Moroccan labor and social security legislation.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Accounting teams, and employees on all payroll-related matters.
Ensure strict confidentiality of employee salary and personal data.
Participate in the improvement and optimization of payroll processes and systems.
Technical requirements
Minimum 5 years of operational experience in payroll management.
Solid experience in managing payroll for a large workforce, ideally over 4,000 employees.
Excellent command of payroll practices and Moroccan social legislation.
Very good knowledge of:
CNSS
Form 9001
CIMR
IR (Income Tax)
Social declarations and legal obligations related to payroll
Good command of payroll software and HR information systems (HRIS).
Advanced proficiency in Excel.
Experience with time and attendance management systems.
Good understanding of payroll accounting and reconciliation operations.
Experience in payroll forecasting and payroll budget management.

Required profile :

Profile sought
Previous experience within a large industrial or manufacturing company.
Proven experience in managing payroll for several thousand employees.
Experience in complex environments including shift work, overtime, bonuses, and attendance management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of rigor and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure while meeting strict monthly deadlines.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
English proficiency is mandatory; knowledge of French is an asset.
