Job :

We are currently looking for a pilot for the Deliverables Schedule PEDL (Plan d'Échéancier des Livrables), to join our team.

The main responsibilities are:

• Define the start of a new project phase.
• Set up the roadmap and get it validated with the PCL (Project Configuration Leader).
• Define the OA (Object Attendu) / LA (Livrable Attendu), establish the sourcing plan, and manage the production of RFQ (Request For Quotation) deliverables.
• Set up and manage the EDL (Échéancier des Livrables) project to smooth the expected officialization curve.
• Prepare the agenda for the deliverables monitoring committee.
• Lead the deliverables monitoring committee.
• Write and distribute the minutes of the monitoring committees.
• Manage the OA/LA Creator file, in liaison with business managers.
• Update the PILTEC (Pilotage Technique) tracking file and ensure regular distribution of indicators.
• Manage requests for creation, modification, or cancellation of OA/LA in the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tool.
• Coordinate the tracking of IOD (Issues d'Outillage Définitives) arrival dates, in coordination with the relevant teams.

Required profile :

We are looking for a candidate with a Bac+3 degree in industrial studies, with 1 to 2 years of successful prior experience. You have the following skills and qualities:

• Project management skills
• Excellent communication in French and English, both written and spoken
• Rigor, attention to detail, and reliability in task tracking
• Experience in the automotive sector is highly valued
• Dynamism, initiative, and ability to work in a team
