Job :

• Organizes and leads the physical phases of the project, deploys and leads project dashboards,
• Organizes the preparation of each phase in line with the roadmap,
• Checks the quality of planning in the trades, and guides them, if necessary, in implementing preventive or corrective action plans,
• Structures the project work phases,
• Implements phase management rituals,
• Prepares the planning/quality grid deliverables for each milestone in line with its activities,
• Establishes detailed plans for prototype resources, ensures their update, and leads their realization, until their delivery to end-users, from the first mules to series vehicles,
• Is responsible for the convergence of prototype budgets for each project phase, and ensures they are respected,
• Orders shuttle vehicles for SRUB & pre-VRS (OCVS, OF, Shipping Order... orders),
• Participates in review sessions of Means Descriptions (DM) and is responsible for meeting objectives on the project's vehicle fleets,
• Participates in "Project" rituals requiring Planning involvement and/or added value,
• Applies project management standards and proposes lessons learned for continuous improvement,
• Establishes detailed plans for physical validation resources, ensures their update, and leads their realization, until their delivery to end-users, from the first validation means to series vehicles,
• Organizes KPIs / reporting and ensures the update of all dashboards,
• Prepares deliverables for each milestone/DAPF Business technical review in line with its activities.

Required profile :

Requires a Master's degree (Bac+5) (engineering school or university) in Industrial fields,

Technical knowledge:

• Knowledge of automotive design phases,
• Fundamentals of project management,
• Very good level of communication in French.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Automotive products.
• Good command of EXCEL.
• Mastery of English is a plus
