Job :
The PEPP Pilot is responsible for preparing, leading, and monitoring PEPP meetings to ensure their effectiveness and the achievement of commitments.
Missions:
- Preparation, leading, and review of PEPP meetings.
- Sorting and qualifying topics (using dedicated tools or equivalents) for planning and distributing PEPP meeting agendas.
- Planning and leading PEPP review sessions.
- Distribution of final agendas at least 2 days before the meeting, along with information related to PEPP effectiveness indicators (via the documentation tool).
- Leading PEPP meetings and distributing minutes no later than 2 days after, updating the project database if it exists.
- Monitoring delayed or deviated topics.
- Identifying topics that are not rescheduled or updated, and distributing alerts to project/VS contacts and solution leaders, reporting or canceling pending cases.
- Monitoring and communicating monthly PEPP effectiveness indicators (rate of topics prepared on time, adherence to development forecasts and Official/Industrial release dates).
- Developing and distributing a quarterly summary including analysis and recommendations for improving the PEPP process.
- Monitoring cross-functional PEPP topics.
- Participating in multi-project and cross-functional PEPP meetings, summarizing topics, and distributing reports for application in the PEPP management of the relevant projects.
- Preparation and leading of coding meetings.
- Distribution of coding meeting minutes no later than 2 days after, updating the project database if it exists.
Required profile :
- Professional experience between 1 and 3 years.
- Good communication in French and English.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector.
- Project management skills.
