Job :
• Report and monitor pricing performance and key metrics, executing pricing strategies as needed to optimize revenue, pricing gain and margin.
• Create and update external price lists for at least the Key accounts
• Execute price increases, in collaboration with Product management, the Commercial Excellence team and the EDC/local pricing representatives
• Maintain and clean the current pricing structure and work closely with the Oracle pricing team to main control and correctness
• Identify price optimizations that improve gross margin or pricing results
• Support the creation of new pricing tools that improve efficiency and accuracy in the pricing processes.
Required profile :
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field.
• <3 year of work experience with pricing and related structures (discounts, surcharge)
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Accuracy and consistency are a key skills as well.
• Good English communication skills. Good knowledge of other languages such as French, German, Dutch or Arabic are a preference, but not a must.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel is a must, experience in other applications or analytical tools such as MS Access, Business Objects, Power BI or Oracle are preferable
