Job :

We have a need for a Technical Project Manager / Industrialization and Methods profile with the following description:

Training & Experience

• Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautics, Materials, or equivalent.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in industrialization, methods, or production support in an aeronautical environment.
• Experience in industrializing composite processes and/or introducing new materials or new manufacturing processes.
• Good knowledge of composite part manufacturing processes.
• Experience managing technical data in SAP or an industrial ERP system.

Technical Skills

• Lead industrialization activities related to the introduction of new processes or materials.
• Define and update technical manufacturing documentation.
• Produce definition plans for jigs and fixtures and oversee their manufacturing with tooling shops or subcontractors.
• Develop and update instruction sheets (F1), manufacturing routes, and work standards.
• Define operating procedures for draping, densification, and manufacturing of composite parts.
• Ensure process standardization in line with Quality, Safety, and Production requirements.
• Update manufacturing routes, bills of materials, and technical data in SAP.
• Ensure consistency of technical data between the Design Office and the ERP.
• Participate in industrial qualifications and First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Monitor industrialization indicators (part number progress, schedule adherence, scrap rate, FAI success rate).
• Participate in gap analysis and resolution of technical issues during industrialization phases.
