Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Other services sector as a Procurement Specialist. Based in Casablanca, you will play a key role in optimizing our purchasing processes. This is a unique opportunity to use your expertise to support our growth and actively contribute to our success.

Your main goal will be to ensure the efficiency and competitiveness of the purchasing function. You will be responsible for identifying the best sourcing opportunities, negotiating contracts, and managing suppliers to guarantee the quality and compliance of acquired products and services. Your role will also be to minimize costs while maintaining a high level of performance and internal satisfaction.

Your main tasks will include:

• Analyzing purchasing needs and defining procurement strategies.
• Prospecting, selecting, and evaluating potential suppliers.
• Conducting commercial and contractual negotiations within budget and deadline constraints.
• Monitoring order execution and managing supplier relationships.
• Market monitoring to identify new trends and optimization opportunities.
• Managing risks related to the supply chain.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of purchasing processes.

Required profile :

You have a degree level of Bachelor's degree (Bac +3), ideally in Purchasing or Supply Chain.

With experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in a similar role, you have already demonstrated your ability to manage complex purchasing cycles and achieve concrete results.

To excel in this role, several skills are essential:

• A strong knowledge of negotiation techniques and supplier markets.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in computer tools, especially ERPs and office suites.
• An ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Great rigor and a well-developed sense of organization.
• The ability to take initiative and manage priorities.
• Proficiency in English is a significant asset.
