We are recruiting for our client a Production Manager:

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and create detailed production schedules (weekly, monthly, annual) to achieve volume targets and agreed-upon customer delivery dates.
• Ensure adequate availability of resources, including raw materials (fabrics, threads, accessories), machines, equipment, and labor.
• Oversee all production stages, from fabric cutting to sewing, including quality control (QC), finishing, and packaging, to ensure smooth process flow and adherence to standards.
• Establish and monitor strict quality control standards, in collaboration with the QC department, to minimize defective products and ensure the final product meets customer specifications.
• Analyze the production budget, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce material and time waste.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the production team, providing direction, evaluating performance, identifying training needs, and maintaining workplace discipline.
• Organize regular repair and maintenance of production machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns and unplanned downtime.
• Serve as a liaison and coordinate effectively with other departments (merchandising for order details, warehouse for material availability, sales, and general management) to ensure the smooth overall operation.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the production workshop to create a safe working environment for employees.
  

Required profile :

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or Production Management
• Minimum of 5 years of production experience in garment manufacturing
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Proficiency in English and French
