Job :
GENERAL MISSION
To provide teaching within the framework of the training program for the Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS) "Sports Management", at the Rabat Excellence High School.
MAIN MISSIONS
• Provide teaching (lectures, tutorials, and/or practical work) in accordance with the defined curriculum and workload;
• Prepare and conduct educational sessions using teaching methods adapted to the training objectives;
• Develop teaching materials necessary for the courses provided;
• Assess student learning through tests, exams, assignments, or projects, in accordance with the assessment methods defined by the institution;
• Grade assessments and communicate results within the deadlines;
• Support students in acquiring the technical and professional skills related to the subject taught;
• Participate, as needed, in juries, deliberations, defenses, exams, and other educational activities related to their teaching;
• Use digital tools and educational platforms provided by the institution to monitor teaching and students;
• Ensure compliance with the internal regulations, educational procedures, and quality standards of the institution;
• Participate in educational or coordination meetings organized by the management or the program head when their presence is required;
• Stay updated on scientific, technical, and pedagogical developments to ensure the content taught is current;
Required profile :
PROFILE
- Master's degree or equivalent (BAC+5 level) in the field of specialization;
- Proven experience in teaching the Spanish language
- Proficiency in various learning methods and digital teaching tools such as collaborative tools, LMS, etc.
SKILLS
- Complete mastery of the subject taught;
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to student needs;
- Aptitude for pedagogical innovation;
- Demonstrate authority and maintain discipline in the classroom;
- Good knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework;
- Ability to listen and show kindness.
