Job Title: [Recruitment] Mastercam Programmer - 5-Axis Machining (Aeronautics) - Tangier

Are you an expert in CNC programming and passionate about aeronautics? Join a cutting-edge team in the heart of the Tangier free zone!

To support our activities at the DAHER Tangier sites, we are looking for a Mastercam Programmer specializing in 5-axis machining.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
You will be the direct link between theory (programming) and reality on the ground (machining). Your role is key to ensuring the quality and performance of our aeronautical composite parts.

Your responsibilities:

CNC Programming: Create and optimize 5-axis programs using Mastercam.

Machining Strategy: Define the best strategies suited to the specific needs of composite materials.

On-site Debugging: Be present in the workshop for debugging, adjusting programs, and validating on the machine.

Continuous Improvement: Analyze production discrepancies and optimize cycles (quality, precision, time).

Required profile :

You hold a degree of **Bachelor's degree (Bac +3)** level.

Professional experience of **3 to 10 years** is required. Significant experience in **Mastercam** programming is essential.

The skills required for this position are:

• Thorough knowledge of the **Mastercam** software.
• Strong knowledge of **methods / process / industrialization**, **production / quality / safety / maintenance**.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings.
• Excellent understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a good team spirit are also essential.
