Job :
- Lead complex digital transformation projects, acting as the liaison between technical teams and client stakeholders;
- Develop detailed project management strategies, including action plans, budgets, and schedules;
- Oversee project execution, ensuring the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines and budgets;
- Ensure the identification and management of risks throughout the project lifecycle by proposing proactive solutions;
- Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress;
- Evaluate and develop professionals working on the project;
- Analyze and understand client engagement levels to ensure project profitability;
- Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies to improve client processes and services.
Required profile :
- Higher education degree in project management, computer science, or a related field;
- At least 10 years of project management experience, with significant experience in leading digital transformation projects;
- Strong understanding of current technology and innovation trends;
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead multidisciplinary teams;
- Proven experience in managing stakeholders at various organizational levels;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
