Job :
As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead and ensure the implementation of the quality assurance and control system on one of our projects.
At the heart of operations, responsibilities include:
- Define, deploy, and oversee the overall QA/QC system
- Develop project quality plans (PQPs), procedures, and inspection plans (ITPs)
- Manage the processing of non-conformities (NCRs) and corrective actions
- Coordinate quality interfaces with inspection bodies, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Supervise, support, and structure the QA/QC teams dedicated to the projects
Required profile :
- A degree in civil or industrial engineering or equivalent is required to understand the technical challenges
- At least 15 years of professional experience
- In-depth expertise in the ISO 9001 standard and quality management systems
- Thorough mastery of inspection processes, document management, and NCR tracking
- Strong leadership and multidisciplinary team management skills
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with great rigor and strong analytical skills
