QoS Program Lead (M/F) - Casablanca

For one of our projects, we are looking for a QoS Program Lead. Their main mission will be to manage the Smart Services program, a strategic portfolio aimed at improving the service quality of critical applications in the MEA region. The position combines technical management, operational monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with a strong focus on data, monitoring, and industrialization topics.

Job :

Missions:

• Deploy and maintain application monitoring tests (E2E, back-end, API) to simulate user journeys on critical services.
• Monitor service availability in real-time using robots and dashboards, integrated from the development phases (QoS by Design approach).
• Design and maintain a multi-source data collection architecture (API, CSV, scraping…) adapted to country/service specifics.
• Implement and automate validation rules to ensure the quality and integrity of KPIs.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards (Power BI, Zoom Tracker) for SLA monitoring, anomaly detection, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ensure automatic generation and distribution of consolidated reports (PDF, API, email) at the regional level.
• Coordinate crowdsourcing data collection projects (OOKLA, META…) that industrialize processing pipelines, including through Machine Learning-based classification algorithms.
• Administer test environments (Go Live preparation, timeouts, liveness monitoring).
• Automate recurring tasks (batch, scripts, API calls) to optimize operational efficiency.
• Lead the continuous improvement loop with subsidiaries, facilitate incident reporting, and coordinate corrective action plans.
• Participate in internal communities of practice and foster the exchange of expertise between countries

Required profile :

Education & Experience:

• Graduate of an engineering school, Master's degree (Bac +5) (Telecom, IT, Statistics)
• Proven experience of more than 5 years in managing technical programs / complex projects (data, QoS, IT systems, monitoring, API…)

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of APIs, process automation, and dashboard creation
• Strong analytical skills, rigor in data management and validation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (French / English)
• Knowledge of Java, Python, Spring Boot, Docker, databases is a plus
