Job :

As part of our growth in inbound services, you will join ADM Value to be part of the B2B customer service for a leading French electricity and gas supplier. You will assist business clients: communication must be clear, professional, and handled until completion.
Your role is to manage requests via phone and email, with a premium service approach: understand, organize, solve, follow up.

  • You handle incoming calls and requests received by email.
  • You meet the needs of professional clients: contracts, billing, meter readings, complaints, case follow-up, etc.
  • You provide accurate and reliable answers, suitable for a B2B audience (clear, methodical, rigorous).
  • You ensure follow-up until resolution, coordinating with internal teams if necessary.
  • You maintain an exemplary service attitude: attentive listening, clear explanation, calm, and attention to detail.

Required profile :

Profile SoughtYou have excellent French skills, both spoken and written: your vocabulary is precise, your tone is professional, and your messages are well-structured. You have a strong sense of service: you know how to reassure, explain, and solve problems, even when the request is sensitive.

  • Impeccable French (spoken + written).
  • "Premium" customer service attitude: respectful, courteous, solution-oriented.
  • Rigorous and organized: you manage multiple requests simultaneously without losing quality.
  • Computer proficient: data entry, CRM, email handling.
  • Experience in call reception + email handling in customer service (B2B experience is a big plus)

    Working hours
