Want to do sales through prospecting, with real training from the start and goals that allow you to earn more when you perform? At ADM Value, we are recruiting telecom sales advisors for a major internet provider in France.
Your role:

• Call individuals, understand their needs (internet box / mobile plan), propose the most suitable offer, and close the sale. You will be trained from your start to master the offers, tools, and sales techniques.
• You will make outbound prospecting calls to individuals.
• You will identify the need: internet, mobile, equipment, usage, budget.
• You will present the internet box and mobile plan offers clearly and persuasively.
• You will handle objections, argue your points, and close according to objectives.
• You will ensure traceability in the tools (CRM) and properly track interactions.
• You will achieve your goals while maintaining a professional customer relationship.

Required profile :

Profile Sought

• You have a very good level of French, are comfortable on the phone, and enjoy convincing people. Sales experience is a plus, but not required: what matters is your attitude and consistency.
• Very good French (spoken + written).
• Enjoy contact and have a commercial flair: convincing, explaining, closing.
• Perseverance: you can keep up with the prospecting pace and know how to bounce back.
• Comfortable with computers and phone systems.
• Team spirit and a desire to grow.

Working Hours

Net Salary + bonuses
Monthly net package of over 6,600 Dhs + uncapped bonus
