Job :

Your main tasks:

  • Manage technical requests
  • You handle technical inquiries from clients by phone and email. You analyze situations, provide appropriate solutions, and ensure rigorous follow-up until resolution, while guaranteeing a high level of satisfaction.
  • Respond to sales inquiries
  • You assist clients with their information requests regarding the services offered. You identify their needs, provide precise answers, and guide them towards the most suitable solutions.
  • Ensure quality multi-channel communication
  • You manage interactions by phone and email in French, English, and German. You ensure professional, responsive, and personalized support for every interaction.

Required profile :

The ideal candidate has:

  • Excellent command of French, English, and German, both spoken and written, allowing for easy communication by phone and email.
  • Knowledge of computer networks and/or IT, which is a real asset.
  • Previous experience in customer relations or customer service is appreciated.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and writing skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • A strong sense of customer service, attention to detail, and organization.
  • The ability to work in a team while being independent in managing their work.
  • A results-oriented approach and a focus on quality of service.

Working hours
44 hours per week, on a rotating schedule.

Net Salary + bonuses
Salary package up to 8,500 DH net, consisting of a fixed salary and an activity bonus.
