Do you enjoy meaningful customer service and know how to build trust over the phone?

At ADM Value, we are looking for Spanish-speaking customer service advisors for a pet insurance activity.

You will work with clients who are emotionally involved: your mission will be to listen, reassure, and provide clear and reliable solutions.

Your responsibilities

  • Contribute to a smooth and high-quality customer experience
  • Handle customer requests by phone with professional and empathetic communication
  • Listen actively, analyze the need, and provide a clear answer
  • Explain information simply (without jargon)
  • Guide the customer step-by-step in their requests
  • Ensure follow-up of requests until resolution

Required profile :

Profile sought

  • Perfect command of Spanish (spoken): clarity, fluency, and good communication
  • Customer focus: empathy, patience, and service-oriented attitude
  • Interest in the animal world (owning or having owned pets is a plus)
  • Organization and rigor in managing requests

Ability to manage emotionally charged situations while maintaining professionalism
