At ADM Value, we are recruiting Decennial Liability Insurance Customer Advisors to help building professionals subscribe to their contract.
Your role: contact prospects who have requested a quote, understand their business, offer the right solution, and finalize the sale with clear, structured, and confident communication.
You will work exclusively on outbound sales, contacting people who are already interested.
Contact prospects who have requested a quote for a Decennial Liability insurance contract.
Understand the client's business: building trade, status, specific needs, legal obligations.
Present the Decennial Liability offer clearly, educationally, and persuasively.
Argue, handle objections, and guide the conversation to subscription.
Ensure a compliant, quality sale, recorded in the tools.
Achieve your sales targets with a focus on sustainable performance.
You are an experienced salesperson, comfortable selling insurance products.
Very good oral French skills: clear, fluent, professional.
Sales profile with experience in telesales of insurance.
Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques.
Autonomy, organization, and prioritization skills.
Enjoy challenges and have a results-oriented mindset.
Appreciated extras:
Experience in selling Decennial Liability contracts.
Knowledge of building trades (BTP, construction, renovation...).

You will join ADM Value on a permanent contract (CDI), on a structured project, with pay directly linked to your performance.
Permanent contract (CDI) from the start.
Social coverage: CNSS + AMO.
Meal allowance + transport allowance (via activity bonus).
Performance-based bonuses (uncapped).

Demanding sales environment that promotes skill development. Working hours Monday to Friday: 9 AM-7 PM (French time) Saturday: 10 AM-2 PM (half-day) Net salary + bonuses Salary package over 7,300 Dhs net: Fixed salary: 4,605 Dhs net Activity bonus: 695 Dhs
