Job :

Do you have a good sense of service, strong interpersonal skills, and can you spot a sales opportunity during a customer interaction?

At ADM Value, we are hiring Customer Advisors to help customers of an energy company with their customer service and moving requests.

You will mainly handle incoming calls, provide answers to customer questions, assist them with their moving process, and help keep them as customers through a service-oriented and sales-focused approach.

• Respond to information requests and handle customer service issues: explaining bills, customer accounts, etc.
• Assist customers with their moving process, with or without a contract change.
• Identify situations where customers want to cancel and take appropriate retention actions.
• Suggest options and make additional sales during customer interactions.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the business's sales goals.

Working hours:
Monday to Saturday: between 7 AM and 7 PM (French time), depending on time zone differences.

Net Salary:
Salary package over 5,300 Moroccan Dirhams (Dhs) + Performance bonus: 1,400 Dhs fixed net + variable based on results.

Required profile :

• Profile combining customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent spoken French.
• Very good interpersonal skills and ease in customer interactions.
• Experience in the energy sector, or in retention or customer service is a plus.
• Experience in retention in another field can also be valuable.
• Comfortable with computer tools and sales targets.
