At ADM Value, we are hiring Customer Advisors to support subscribers of an electricity provider with their daily requests.

You will handle customers through incoming calls, answer their questions, manage their requests and complaints, and assist them with a focus on satisfaction and loyalty.

• Answer incoming customer calls.
• Handle requests, questions, and complaints related to their contract.
• Provide clear, precise, and reassuring answers.
• Explain information in an educational and adapted way for each situation.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

On-site position at our ADM Value Michlifen site in Rabat.

Required profile :

• Excellent spoken French.
• Teaching skills, empathy, and good listening skills.
• Good ability to communicate and reassure customers.
• Comfortable with computer tools.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
