Join our dynamic facility in the Health sector as a Cardio Receptionist, ideally located in the heart of Casablanca. This is a unique opportunity to use your welcoming skills and attention to detail in a stimulating environment where patient well-being is paramount.

In this key role, your actions will directly contribute to a positive patient experience from the moment they arrive. The goal is to ensure smooth and reassuring care while guaranteeing the efficiency of administrative processes related to reception and appointment management.

Your main tasks will include:

• Warmly welcome patients and visitors, providing them with the necessary information.
• Manage the telephone switchboard, route calls, and take messages.
• Organize and schedule patient appointments.
• Carry out administrative admission and discharge procedures.
• Ensure patient files are maintained and filed.
• Manage the petty cash and payments.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Collaborate effectively with the medical and administrative team.

Required profile :

To excel in this position, a Bac +2 level of education is required, ideally in a specialized field related to medical, paramedical, or health and social professions.

A first successful experience, lasting from 1 to 3 years, in a similar role is expected. Familiarity with medical environments is a major asset.

With excellent interpersonal skills and great empathy, you possess solid organizational skills and demonstrate unfailing rigor. Proficiency in common computer tools is essential. The ability to adapt quickly and manage stress effectively will be valuable assets for succeeding fully in your role. You are known for your discretion and professionalism.
