Job :
As part of strengthening its teams, the Akdital Group is recruiting a Night Receptionist for one of its clinics in Bouskoura.
Main tasks:
Ensure the reception, orientation, and information of patients and their companions during night hours.
Process patient admissions, particularly in the emergency department, and manage billing for services.
Answer telephone calls and handle requests.
Ensure the administrative follow-up of patient files in compliance with current procedures.
Collaborate with medical and nursing teams to ensure smooth and quality care.
Ensure the confidentiality of information and compliance with security rules.
Ensure the continuity of administrative activities between day and night teams.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Holder of a Bac+2 (equivalent to a 2-year associate degree) in Management, Hospitality, Administration, or a similar field.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, ideally in the healthcare, hospitality, or services sector.
Good command of the French language (command of English is a plus).
Proficiency in computer and office software.
Sense of organization, rigor, and discretion.
Excellent presentation and good reception skills.
Ability to work at night, manage priorities, and handle emergency situations.
