As part of strengthening its teams, Jameel Motors Morocco is recruiting a receptionist for its Toyota brand, within its Bouskoura branch.

This position is primarily for candidates residing in Bouskoura or its surroundings. Easy transportation / being vehiculated is highly recommended due to the location of the position.

Contract: Temporary work
Availability: Immediate
Reporting to: Site Manager of the Bouskoura branch

Your main tasks will include:

• Managing physical and telephone reception of clients and partners.
• Responding to information requests and directing callers.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments.
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Ensuring information is passed on to the relevant departments.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Performing various administrative tasks in support of the teams.

Required profile :

With a Bac+2 degree minimum, ideally in Reception, Administration, Commerce, Management, or a similar field, you ideally have previous experience in a similar role, particularly in reception, front desk, or customer service.

You are:

• Presentable, smiling, and possess an excellent sense of hospitality;
• Comfortable interacting with clients and various stakeholders;
• Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented;
• Possess an excellent sense of service and communication;
• Able to handle multiple requests simultaneously with professionalism;
• Punctual, reliable, and have good team spirit.

Required skills:

• Bac+2 minimum, ideally in Reception, Administration, Commerce, or Management;
• Previous experience in reception, front desk, or customer relations;
• Excellent sense of reception and service, with a strong customer focus;
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills;
• Good command of French and Arabic, both spoken and written;
• Good command of office tools, especially Microsoft Office;
• Proficiency in English is an asset;
• Good appearance, dynamism, and professionalism.
