Job :

As part of strengthening its teams, Jameel Motors Morocco is recruiting receptionists on behalf of its Toyota and LEXUS brands, in Rabat.

Contract: Temporary
Availability: Immediate

Your main tasks will include:

• Managing the in-person and telephone reception of clients and partners.
• Responding to information requests and directing callers.
• Organizing and scheduling appointments.
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Ensuring the transmission of information to the relevant departments.
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming reception area.
• Performing various administrative tasks in support of the teams.

Required profile :

With a minimum of a Bac+2 level education, ideally in Reception, Administration, Commerce, Management, or a similar field, you ideally have previous experience in a similar role, particularly in reception, front desk, or customer service.

You are:

• Presentable, smiling, and possess excellent customer service skills;
• Comfortable interacting with clients and various contacts;
• Dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented;
• Possess excellent service and communication skills;
• Able to manage multiple requests simultaneously with professionalism;
• Punctual, reliable, and a good team player.

Required skills:

• Minimum Bac+2 level, ideally in Reception, Administration, Commerce, or Management;
• Previous experience in reception, front desk, or customer relations;
• Excellent reception and service skills, with a strong customer focus;
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written French and Arabic;
• Good command of office tools, especially Microsoft Office;
• Proficiency in English is an asset;
• Good presentation, dynamism, and professionalism.
