Job :
- Prepare, adjust, and supervise plastic injection machines.
- Ensure production monitoring and check the quality of manufactured parts.
- Optimize production parameters and cycles.
- Diagnose and solve technical problems related to injection machines and processes.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve performance and reduce waste.
- Perform first-level maintenance on equipment.
Required profile :
On behalf of our client, an industrial company specializing in plastic injection with over 200 employees, we are recruiting an experienced Plastic Injection Molder with strong technical experience to ensure equipment performance and production quality.
Your main tasks:
Prepare, adjust, and supervise plastic injection machines.
Ensure production monitoring and check the quality of manufactured parts.
Optimize production parameters and cycles.
Diagnose and solve technical problems related to injection machines and processes.
Collaborate with production teams to improve performance and reduce waste.
Perform first-level maintenance on equipment.
Profile sought:
Minimum of 8 years of confirmed experience in plastic injection.
Mastery of adjustment and monitoring techniques for injection machines.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documents.
Rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills.
Team spirit and good communication skills.
