We are currently looking for new talent to strengthen our insurance activities. Two types of profiles are to be filled immediately on a permanent contract (Hours: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. | Weekends OFF).

Required profile :

POSITION 1: Auto Claims Adjusters
• Responsibilities: Handle the declaration of automotive claims, analyze guarantees, and process claims according to established procedures. Ensure quality customer support and collaborate with experts to optimize file processing times.
• Requirements: Perfect mastery of automotive claims management acquired through successful previous experience in a contact center or insurance company. Excellent oral and written communication skills, administrative rigor, and results-orientation to manage performance indicators.
• Package: Base salary 3,970 DH + Performance bonus 1,000 DH + Expertise bonus up to 2,000 DH (Class E - New social model | Global potential: 6,970 DH).

POSITION 2: Property and Casualty Claims Manager
• Responsibilities: Investigate, evaluate, and manage Fire, Property, and Engineering claims files from opening to final settlement. Analyze the legal and contractual aspects of declarations to ensure strict adherence to agreements.
• Requirements: Holder of a Bac+3 degree in French Law with a strong interest or previous experience in the insurance field. Developed analytical skills, excellent writing ability, and rigor in interpreting legal texts.
• Package: Base salary 3,800 DH + Variable bonus of 1,000 DH.
