Job :

Recruitment:

• Identify recruitment needs with managers
• Write and publish job advertisements
• Source candidates, pre-select them, and organize interviews
• Follow up on the integration of new employees

Staff administrative management:

• Prepare and follow up on employment contracts, amendments, and employee files
• Manage absences, leaves, sick days, and certificates

Payroll management:

• Collect and transmit variable payroll elements

Social relations:

• Monitor legal obligations and disciplinary procedures
• Act as a local contact point for employees

Frequent travel in Morocco:

• Regular presence at different sites to support teams
• Participation in HR audits, management meetings, and internal events

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +4) or higher in Human Resources, labor law, or equivalent
• 5 to 10 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in a multi-site environment
• Very good knowledge of Moroccan labor law (preferred)
• Service-oriented, autonomous, rigorous, and excellent interpersonal skills
