Join a dynamic player in the IT sector based in Casablanca as a Release Manager Copado. This opportunity allows you to join an innovative team where release management becomes the driver of technical and operational performance.
The main goal is to orchestrate the deployment lifecycle of the Copado system, ensuring absolute reliability and optimal service continuity. The mission aims to harmonize communication between development and operations teams to ensure smooth updates while minimizing risks associated with changes in the production environment.
Daily work within this structure requires rigor and sharp organizational skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Plan and manage the release schedule.
- Manage test and qualification environments to validate deliverable compliance.
- Ensure transparent communication on the progress of releases to stakeholders.
- Oversee change management and ensure the application of deployment protocols.
- Analyze post-deployment incidents to establish a process of continuous improvement.
Required profile :
The ideal candidate has a Master's degree (Bac+5) or higher, obtained from an engineering school or a university specializing in computer science.
Solid professional experience of 5 to 10 years in release management or development is required to understand the complex challenges related to the Copado system.
Proficiency in agile methodologies and technical expertise are essential for success in this role. Expected skills include:
- A deep understanding of software development workflows and ci/cd tools.
- The ability to manage complex projects with a cross-functional view of the information system.
- Excellent analytical skills to solve critical problems.
