Job :

• - Manage Level 2 troubleshooting requests
  - Ensure remote take-over
  - Receive phone calls
  - Carry out IT equipment inventory tracking
  - Support software distribution and management processes, including application integration and troubleshooting during software installation
  - Participate in equipment maintenance (printers, teleconferencing systems, servers, switches, firewalls)
  - Test new or modified components integrated into the Windows environment
  - Create and perform documentation updates for users and systems
  - Determine equipment problems and be able to resolve them
  - Document IT procedures using Visio

Required profile :

• Education Level: Minimum Bachelor's degree (2-3 years) in IT preferred.
• Professional Experience Level: With a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Service Desk Agent
• Languages: Perfectly fluent in French and English, both written and spoken
