Job :
- Identify, evaluate, and develop a panel of national and international suppliers.
- Manage consultations, calls for tender, and commercial negotiations.
- Ensure the follow-up of purchase orders and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, and contractual conditions.
- Coordinate import operations and national and international deliveries.
- Ensure follow-up of customs formalities in collaboration with freight forwarders and relevant organizations.
- Manage and control documentation related to imports: invoices, packing lists, bills of lading (BL), certificates of origin, and other required documents.
Required profile :
- Higher education degree (Bac+5) in purchasing, logistics, international trade, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or construction environment.
- Proficiency in professional English, both written and spoken.
- Good command of import procedures, international order tracking, customs clearance, and coordination with freight forwarders.
- Essential mastery of PORTNET and customs dematerialization platforms.
- Good knowledge of documents and formalities related to import operations.
- Mastery of negotiation techniques, international sourcing, and supply chain monitoring.
- Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Rigor, autonomy, analytical skills, organizational skills, and good negotiation abilities.
