Job :

• Accompany UIR entities throughout the purchasing process (expressing needs, receiving services, clearing supplier debts),
• Develop the purchasing plan in collaboration with client structures (internal) for the purchasing categories falling under their Service,
• Supervise and validate the execution of the different stages of the purchasing process:

"The consultation method to adopt"
"Proper preparation of the purchasing file,""Handling the consultation"

• Support the buyers in their service in their exchanges with suppliers, particularly in negotiations related to the terms of service delivery,
• Analyze the performance indicators of their service and propose action plans,
• Ensure the smooth operation of their Service / execution of purchasing processes,
• Manage conflicts / supplier disputes
• Participate in the supplier evaluation process
• Ensure risk management associated with their area of responsibility,
• Propose actions to consolidate the functioning of their service and, more broadly, the implementation of the purchasing process
• Coordinate market and supplier monitoring for assigned purchasing categories
• Assist internal clients in drafting specifications;
   

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Master's degree (Bac+5), specialization in Purchasing with 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Required skills:

• Good written and oral communication skills;
• Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities;
• Proficiency in purchasing management software and ERPs;
• Significant experience in purchasing;
• Negotiation and supplier relationship management skills;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Proficiency in office automation tools;
• Ability to work independently and manage a team of buyers
