The PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION SERVICES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY S.A. is a Local Development company, whose missions are to participate in the management and development of Public distribution Services, through services such as:

  • Support in the financial and financial engineering field, and in the mobilization and management of funding;
  • Monitoring and evaluation of the management and performance indicators inherent to Public Services;
  • Management of financing debts related to the distribution activity;
  • Harmonization of common rules and processes concerning the management of Public Services.

Our company supports players in the electricity, drinking water, and liquid sanitation distribution sector, particularly the newly established GCTs (Groups of Local Authorities) and SRM (Regional Multiservice Companies).


Job :

We are looking for two positions of "Administrative and Financial Manager": (one position in Fez and one position in Errachidia) with 5 years or more of experience in the field and good knowledge of accounting and tax rules with mastery of financial analysis and management control tools. The age must not exceed 40 years.

Main missions:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the Unit;
  • Develop and monitor the annual budget of the SPC;
  • Launch and monitor the necessary audits for the monitoring and control of Public Service management and the execution of the Management Contract;
  • Ensure the analysis of monthly reporting and financial indicators and the drafting of related analysis notes;
  • Analyze and examine the financial balance of the Management Contract.

Required profile :

Required Education and skills:

  • State diploma (Bac+5) or equivalent in finance, audit, and management control.
  • Good knowledge of tools and software related to the field.
  • Good command of project management techniques.
