Job :

As part of our business development, we are recruiting an experienced Admissions and Reception Manager to join our healthcare facility located in Al Hoceima.

Main missions:

• To lead and supervise all operations related to patient admission, reception, and check-in, in compliance with current procedures and quality standards.
• To manage, train, and motivate the admissions and reception team to ensure a professional, warm, and efficient welcome.
• To ensure the quality of administrative patient care, from their arrival to their orientation to the relevant departments.
• To coordinate with medical, paramedical, and administrative teams to streamline the patient journey.
• To guarantee the reliability, compliance, and confidentiality of administrative files and patient data.
• To manage sensitive situations or patient complaints with professionalism and diplomacy.
• To actively participate in optimizing admission and reception processes, and contribute to the facility's continuous improvement projects.

Required profile :

Profile sought

• Master's degree (Bac+5) or equivalent in management, administration, management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a private healthcare facility.
• Strong skills in team management, organization, and communication.
• Proficiency in computer tools and hospital management software.
• Excellent presentation, service orientation, and patient focus.
• Rigor, responsiveness, discretion, and ability to manage priorities.
