As part of the development of our teams, we are recruiting Admissions & Reception Managers to lead the reception, front desk, and admission activities within our healthcare facility based in Agadir.

Your main tasks

Lead and supervise patient reception, front desk, and admission activities.
Manage, support, and develop team skills to ensure optimal service quality.
Ensure the proper administrative management of admissions and the accuracy of patient files.
Coordinate communication between medical, care, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey.
Handle complaints and sensitive situations with professionalism, listening, and diplomacy.
Identify and implement continuous improvement actions for reception, admission, and patient administrative processes.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) minimum in Management, Administration, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a healthcare facility.
• Strong skills in team management, organization, and patient relationship management.
• Good command of computer tools and, ideally, hospital management software.
• Service-oriented, rigorous, responsive, discreet, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Position based in Agadir: candidates residing in Agadir or willing to relocate are invited to submit their application.
