Job :

As part of strengthening our teams, we are recruiting Admissions & Reception Managers to oversee the management of reception and admission activities within our healthcare facilities across Morocco.

Your main tasks:

Supervise all reception, front desk, and patient admission activities.
Manage, train, and support teams to ensure impeccable service quality.
Ensure proper administrative management of admissions and the accuracy of patient records.
Coordinate communication between medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient patient journey.
Handle complaints and manage sensitive situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of reception, admission, and care processes.
 

Required profile :

Profile sought:

Bachelor's degree (Bac+3) or higher in Management, Administration, or an equivalent field.
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a clinic or healthcare facility.
Excellent skills in team management, organization, and customer relations.
Good command of computer tools and hospital management software.
Service-oriented, rigorous, responsive, discreet, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Geographical mobility required to work throughout the Kingdom.
