Job :
Objectifs du Poste :
- Assurer la disponibilité des produits et service au temps réel.
- Traitement des en cours de livraison.
- Maintenir une bonne relation avec les fournisseurs.
Responsabilités Principales :
- Gestion des Approvisionnements :
- Établir des rapports réguliers sur l’état des approvisionnements.
- Analyser et mise à jour du planning de livraison système.
- Suivre les livraisons et s'assurer de la réception des marchandises dans les délais impartis.
- Respects des livraisons système conformément aux process interne.
- Suivi des litiges de livraison et PV de réception sur système.
- Établir et maintenir des relations de partenariat à long terme avec les fournisseurs stratégiques.
- Participer aux réunions de coordination avec les autres départements (Demandeurs, finance, SAP).
- Traitement des Factures projets, et suivi des créations DA et BDC
- Confirmations des commandes conditionnée par le paiement
Required profile :
Compétences et Qualifications :
- Formation :
- Bac+3 à Bac+5 en logistique, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, commerce international ou équivalent.
- Expérience :
- Minimum 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Compétences Techniques :
- Connaissance des techniques d'approvisionnement et de gestion des stocks.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (SAP MM, SAP ARIBA DSN, Excel).
- Compétences en négociation.
- Compétences Personnelles :
- Sens de l’organisation et rigueur.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
- Réactivité et capacité à gérer les priorités.
