Real Estate Sales Manager (M/F)
We are recruiting for a major group a Real Estate Sales Manager (M/F) in Marrakech.
As part of the development of our real estate activities, we are recruiting a Real Estate Sales Manager capable of managing the sales strategy, leading sales teams, and ensuring the marketing of our real estate programs.
As a key driver of commercial development, you will contribute to achieving sales objectives while ensuring a quality customer experience.
Your main missions
* Define and implement the commercial strategy for real estate programs.
* Manage, support, and develop the performance of the sales team.
* Ensure the marketing of real estate projects (high standing).
* Develop and monitor commercial action plans to achieve sales objectives.
* Develop and maintain a network of referrers, partners, and business introducers.
* Participate in defining pricing policy and promotional actions.
* Analyze commercial performance indicators and produce regular reports for management.
* Ensure competitive intelligence and propose recommendations to strengthen project positioning.
* Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Profile sought
* Bachelor's degree/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or equivalent.
* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in marketing real estate programs, with successful team management experience.
* Excellent command of sales and negotiation techniques.
* Good knowledge of the real estate market and its players.
* Leadership, analytical skills, and strong results orientation.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
