Job :

• Communication Strategy - Define and implement the group's corporate communication strategy, in line with the board's vision and directions.
• Brand and Institutional Identity - Ensure consistency of the brand identity, institutional message, and editorial charter across all group platforms and entities.
• Production of Institutional Content - Oversee the production of major institutional content (annual report, speeches, corporate press releases, brand platform).
• Press and Media Relations - Manage relations with the economic, financial, and institutional press; ensure media coverage for executives.
• Crisis Management - Anticipate and manage group-wide crisis communication, in coordination with the holding company and other communication managers.
• Inter-entity Coordination - Coordinate communication actions with communication managers of other entities to ensure consistency of the group's message.
• Transversal Coordination - Work closely with cross-functional business experts from the Directorate for content production and dissemination.
• Budget and Supplier Management - Manage external suppliers and agencies (consulting, production, press) and monitor budgets allocated to corporate communication.
• Monitoring and Reporting - Provide regular reports on actions taken and their impact to the Directorate.
 

Required profile :

• Education - Higher education in communication, journalism, political science, or business school (Master's degree or equivalent).
• Experience - Minimum 5 years of proven professional experience in corporate communication, ideally gained in a multi-entity group, an institutional, or international environment.
• Technical Expertise - Excellent command of institutional communication, branding, press relations, and crisis management techniques.
• Strategic Vision - Good understanding of a group's strategic, economic, and governance issues.
• Languages - Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken; a third language is a plus.
