Job :
Reporting to the Financial Department, you will be responsible for coordinating and controlling accounting activities.
Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Supervise and coordinate all accounting operations.
- Ensure the reliability of accounts and compliance with accounting and tax procedures.
- Organize and supervise monthly and annual accounting closings.
- Control tax declarations and ensure compliance with regulatory deadlines.
- Oversee the follow-up of supplier, customer, and treasury accounts.
- Control bank reconciliations and manage account follow-up.
- Prepare and validate financial statements and reports for the Management.
- Manage, support, and develop the skills of the accounting team.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and control requirements.
- Coordinate accounting work with different departments and external stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize accounting processes.
- Participate in audits and ensure the preparation of necessary supporting documents.
Required profile :
We are looking for a professional with over 10 years of experience in accounting, with proven experience in supervising or managing an accounting team.
The ideal candidate has:
- A Master's degree (Bac+5) in Accounting, Finance, Management, or equivalent.
- More than 10 years of professional experience in accounting.
- Proven experience in supervising accounting operations and managing a team.
- Excellent command of general accounting, taxation, and accounting closings.
- Good command of financial statements, reporting, and control tools.
- Excellent command of Excel and accounting software.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Rigor, organization, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Good analytical skills, decision-making ability, and coordination with various stakeholders.
