Job :

The Management Control Manager will have the following main tasks:

• Develop the forecast operating account in collaboration with the different entities.
• Manage the planning and budget construction process.
• Ensure budget monitoring of operating and investment expenses, and analyze variances.
• Monitor and analyze operational performance through relevant management indicators.
• Oversee the production of monthly reports needed for activity monitoring and management.
• Support the different entities in defining and monitoring cost reduction and control objectives.
• Check accounting entries and analyze the variances found.
• Produce the necessary data and contribute to steering committees related to material variances.
• Conduct profitability analyses and studies at the request of management.
 

Required profile :

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Auditing, Management Control, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial or operational environment.
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with numerical data.
• Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel.
• Rigor, organization, and synthesis skills.
