Job :

- Contribute to revenue growth.

- Ensure the animation of the agency's activity to achieve the agency's commercial objectives.

- Ensure good quality of service to customers.

- Be in line with the orientations and recommendations of Audit & Control, and comply with current banking regulations.

- Prospect for new clients and build loyalty within the agency's portfolio.

- Manage the administrative aspects of the agency.

- Ensure team management.

Required profile :

- Higher education qualification (Bac+5) in commerce, management, finance, or other related fields.

- You have 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.

- Knowledge in the field of Participatory Finance would be an asset.
