- Contribute to the development of turnover.
- Ensure the animation of the branch's activity to achieve the branch's commercial objectives.
- Ensure good quality of service to customers.
- Be in line with the orientations and recommendations of Audit & Control, and comply with current banking regulations.
- Prospect for new clients and build loyalty within the branch's portfolio.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the branch.
- Ensure team management.

- Higher education (Bac+5 level) in commerce, management, finance, or other.
- You have 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge in the field of Participatory Finance would be an asset.
