As part of strengthening our teams, we are looking for a Camp Manager / Housing Sector to ensure the management and smooth operation of accommodation facilities.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
• Proven experience in managing a camp, hotel residence, or collective accommodation
• Experience in the mining and/or hotel sector strongly desired
• Strong skills in management, organization, and operation coordination
• Proficiency in monitoring services: accommodation, catering, hygiene, maintenance, and resident services
• Leadership, rigor, autonomy, and a high sense of responsibility
• Ability to thrive in a demanding and multicultural environment
