This collaborative foundation is complemented by a notable innovation component, encouraging initiative, creativity and adaptability. Job :

Are you looking for a challenging position where your stock management skills will be fully valued? Join our dynamic company in the Other services sector, located in Rabat! As a Stock Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our processes and the satisfaction of our customers.

The main goal of this position is to optimize our stock management to ensure product availability, reduce costs, and improve logistical efficiency. You will rigorously monitor stock levels, identify restocking needs, and implement strategies to minimize losses and shortages. You will thus contribute to the overall performance of the company and customer satisfaction.

    Main and Operational Tasks.

    - Daily Stock Management:

    • Ensure product availability (avoid shortages) while minimizing costs (avoid overstocking and obsolescence).
    • Supervise and coordinate reception, storage, order picking, and shipping operations.
    • Optimize the physical organization of the warehouse (storage, flow, safety).
    • Implement and monitor logistical performance indicators (KPIs) (stock rotation, service rate, etc.).

    - Performing Cycle Counts:

    • Plan and organize regular counting of a portion of the stock keeping units, replacing the full annual inventory.
    • Train and supervise teams on cycle counting procedures.
    • Analyze discrepancies between physical stock and theoretical (computerized) stock.
    • Implement corrective actions to resolve the root causes of discrepancies (data entry errors, breakage, theft, etc.) to achieve high stock reliability (close to 100%).

Strategic Role and Cross-Functional Project Management.

    - Leading Logistics Improvement Projects:

    • Define, plan, and manage projects aimed at modernizing and optimizing stock management.
    • Project examples: Implementation or upgrade of a WMS (Warehouse Management System), redesign of the warehouse layout, introduction of new technologies (barcodes, RFID, automation).
    • Ensure coordination between the various departments involved (IT, Purchasing, Production, Sales, Finance).
    • Measure the return on investment (ROI) of projects and ensure objectives are met.

    - Guarantor of Data Reliability (Cycle Counts):

    • Cycle counting is a method for continuous reliability. The manager must ensure that this method is integrated into the daily process to maintain real-time stock accuracy.
    • Use cycle count results to identify areas of weakness in handling or management processes.

    - Interface and Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate closely with Purchasing/Supply Chain to optimize orders and forecasts.
    • Work with Production to ensure raw material supply and finished goods management.
    • Liaise with the Sales department to align stock with forecasts and promotions.

This position will allow you to develop your skills in project management, data analysis, and team management (depending on the context).

    Required profile :

To succeed in this role, a minimum education level of Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) is required, ideally with a specialization in Sales / Marketing / Export or Distribution. Any additional training in logistics or stock management would be a significant asset. Training focused on supply chain management is particularly relevant.

Professional experience of 5 to 10 years. Experience in the Other services sector would be an advantage, but it is important to demonstrate strong stock management skills and process management ability. Experience in demanding environments is appreciated.

Are you a rigorous, organized, and methodical person? Do you have excellent analytical skills and a great ability to adapt? Then this position is for you! The following skills are essential:

    • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, stock management software)

    • Knowledge of stock management methods (FIFO, LIFO, etc.)

    • Analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Organizational and time management skills

    • Team spirit and effective communication
