Job :

Join a dynamic company in the Medical Equipment sector as a Store Manager. Based in Rabat, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing our storage and distribution spaces, thereby directly contributing to our success and customer satisfaction.

Your main mission will be to ensure efficient and rigorous management of our stores, guaranteeing optimal product availability, stock control, and compliance with internal procedures. You will oversee logistical organization and continuous process improvement to support the company's growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily supervision of purchasing and supply operations. 
• Management of goods inbound and outbound, with precise inventory tracking.
• Implementation and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Management control. 
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards within the warehouses.
• Close collaboration with sales and procurement departments to anticipate needs.

   

Required profile :

A Master's degree or higher is required, ideally in Sales, Commercial, or Export fields, to gain the necessary skills to understand the strategic challenges of the position.

An experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar role, ideally in the medical equipment sector or in responsible logistics positions, is essential for success in this function.

• Proficiency in computer tools and stock management software.
