Job :

The Electronic Development Manager is responsible for the development of an electronic onboard component for vehicles. Developing an electronic component involves considering all factors surrounding the component.

The development of an electronic component involves several activities: from project management to validation, including specifications (hardware, software, and mechanical).

The Electronic Development Manager is THE "project manager" for their electronic component(s).

Your mission will be to define, organize, and lead the specification, design, and validation activities of one or more power modules for electric and/or hybrid vehicles, while respecting the allocated budget, project schedule constraints, and development standards.

You will be responsible for collecting requirements and ensuring their translation into specifications for various suppliers. You will have the opportunity to propose innovative technical solutions that meet the expectations of internal clients (performance, features, cost reduction, compactness...).

We expect you to be a leader for the various teams to ensure project convergence (schedule and cost control).

You will be a key member of the team, responsible for reporting to the project teams.

This position offers numerous interactions with different departments of the Company.

This role allows you to join a strategic, growing business area with many upcoming technological breakthroughs: the electric vehicle and hybridization solutions for CO² control.

Required profile :

With a Master's degree (BAC+5) or equivalent in Electrical/Electrotechnical Engineering, you have the following skills:

• Development of electronic control units and modules
• Management of QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) for electrical/electronic parts
• Supplier management
• Management of software and hardware specification development
• Writing of software, hardware, and mechanical design documents
• Simulations
• Management of component validation activities
• Documentation of company databases
• Writing test plans and validating test reports (environmental, safety, EMC, functional, and non-functional)
• Component analysis and synthesis of test results
• Synthesis and reporting to project and industrial bodies
• Software calibration review
