Job :

In this context, we are looking for an HR Development Manager to support skills development, the professionalization of HR practices, and organizational evolution.

Reporting to the Human Resources Department, you will be a true partner to operational teams and managers, with a strong field presence and active contribution to the company's transformation projects.

Your main responsibilities:

  1. Skills development and talent management
    • Implement the HR development policy in line with the company's strategic directions.
    • Lead performance appraisal processes and contribute to identifying talent and potential.
    • Develop and monitor individual and collective development plans.
    • Participate in setting up a structured approach to job and skills management (GEPP/GPEC).
    • Identify key skills and anticipate the organization's future needs.
    • Support employees in their professional development and contribute to internal mobility.
  2. Training and skills development
    • Collect and analyze training needs from managers and different departments.
    • Develop and manage the annual training plan.
    • Monitor the training budget and measure the effectiveness of actions taken.
    • Design and implement skills development actions adapted to the challenges and professions of the industrial environment.
    • Develop integration and support programs tailored to different employee profiles.
  3. Manager support and managerial development
    • Support managers in their daily HR issues and in developing their teams.
    • Advise managers on topics related to performance, skills, professional development, and talent management.
    • Contribute to the development of managerial practices and the improvement of the employee experience.
    • Participate in change management and support teams through organizational changes.
  4. HR projects and transformation
    • Lead and/or contribute to structuring HR projects: process digitalization, employee engagement, onboarding, talent management, skills development, etc.
    • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
    • Develop and monitor HR performance indicators and produce necessary reports for decision-making.
    • Contribute to the professionalization and structuring of HR practices within the organization.
  5. Quality and continuous improvement
    • Contribute to the implementation and improvement of HR processes in compliance with quality management system requirements.
    • Participate in the preparation and monitoring of audits related to HR processes.
    • Ensure the formalization, updating, and traceability of HR procedures and documents.
    • Contribute to continuous improvement actions and monitor action plans.

Required profile :

With a higher education degree (Bac+5 level) in Human Resources, Management, Social Law, or equivalent, you have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Human Resources, including at least 4 years in an industrial environment.

You have proven experience in HR development, particularly in the following areas:

  • Skills and talent management;
  • Performance appraisal;
  • Training and skills development;
  • Career management and mobility;
  • Manager support;
  • HR project management;
  • HR indicator management and reporting;
  • Improvement and formalization of HR processes.

Desired Assets

Experience in an ISO 9001 certified organization is a significant asset.

Knowledge of approaches related to quality management systems, continuous improvement, process formalization, and audit preparation will be particularly appreciated.

Experience in a structured industrial environment and/or one subject to certification standards will also be valued.
