Job :
Your responsibility will be to manage the daily operational activities, coordinate the field teams, and implement the directions defined by the Operations Department.
- Coordination of operations
- Supervise the daily operation of the sites
- Ensure coordination between different activities (biogas, landfill, transfer)
- Ensure the proper execution of operational plans
- Performance monitoring
- Monitor site activity indicators
- Identify deviations and malfunctions
- Implement corrective actions in conjunction with activity managers
- Team management
- Manage activity managers and field teams
- Ensure the application of procedures and standards
- Participate in the development of team skills
- Field / Management Interface
- Ensure the flow of field information to the Operations Director
- Translate strategic directions into operational actions
- Alert in case of risk or deviation
- Monitoring of means and resources
- Ensure the proper allocation of human and material resources
- Optimize the use of equipment and facilities
- Monitor maintenance needs in conjunction with the Technical Department
- Compliance and risk management
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulatory requirements
- Supervise QHSE systems
- Anticipate and manage operational and environmental risks

Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in engineering, environment, or equivalent
- Proven experience in operations
- Significant experience in team management
- Good understanding of operational constraints
